Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The “PerksConnect Quarterly Giveaway Sweepstakes” Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m., Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 2, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m., ET on March 31st, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Augeo Marketing (the “Administrator”), Sweepstakes is sponsored by Augeo Marketing, 7047 E. Greenway Pkwy., Suite 310, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 (the "Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is only open to PERKS registered members and must be 18 years of age or older at time of participation/entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, Augeo Marketing (the “Administrator”), their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities directly associated with this sweepstakes (collectively, “Released Parties”), are also not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited by law.
Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any personally identifiable information collected by the Sponsor during an entrant's participation in Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor, its respective affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules. Once submitted, an Online Entry cannot be deleted, canceled, or modified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of a participant that submits more than the maximum permitted or who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes as further detailed below:
- Registration: When you register for PERKS, you will receive 10 entries for the duration of the Promotion Period.
- Logging In: When you log in to PERKS website, you will receive 10 entries into the Promotion. Limit of 10 entries per day.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY/LIMIT: Each entrant may submit up to a maximum of 20 entries per day by any method or combination of methods of entry as noted above. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more the stated maximum number of entries by using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or through any other means will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified, in Sponsor's sole discretion, from the Promotion and any of the Sponsor and/or Administrator's other promotions. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entry entries by that entrant.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right to: (a) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud or technical failure, or any other causes corrupt or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in their sole discretion, and (b) in the event the Promotion is cancelled, award prizes in a random drawing from the eligible entries received prior to event requiring such action. Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and/or Administrator reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's and/or Administrator's failure to enforce any of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that rule. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple identities, registrations or logins, or through any other method, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for printing or typographical errors, incorrect or inaccurate registration information, lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized PERKS account owner will be deemed to be the registrant or player. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and/or Administrator and will not be returned. Administrator reserves the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose email address is submitted as part of this promotion. Sweepstakes may be offered with different creative/graphic presentations by Sponsor and/or Administrator. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage or injuries to any person (including death) or property of any kind sustained in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of the prize, or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of the prize. Entrants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: A random drawing will be conducted on or about April 5, 2025, from among all eligible Entries received in the Sweepstakes. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. If a Potential Winner fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize, and an alternate Potential Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. If a potential winner cannot be reached at the email address provided in the winner’s membership profile within three (3) days of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from all eligible entries received.
REQUIREMENTS OF POTENTIAL WINNERS: Potential winners must continue to comply with the Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Potential winners will be notified by email, mail after the drawing date. If the prize has a value less than $600, the potential winner will receive the prize and agree to all terms in connection therewith, within 30 days of the date notice is given. If there is no response from a potential winner within the allotted timeframe, the potential winner will be disqualified. If the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Administrator will choose an alternate winner.
PRIZES/ODDS: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. All taxes on prize(s) won are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entry Tickets received during the Promotion Period. Gift cards may have expiration dates and are subject to terms and conditions regarding use, as printed thereon. Brand names are trademarks of brand owners who are not affiliated with this promotion. There is a limit of (1) prize per participant. Allow 6-8 weeks for prize delivery. Prize images may not reflect actual size, style, color, or models of the actual prizes due to printing variations and or/manufacturer updates. Total Approximate Retail Value of the quarterly prize(s) offered is $525.

ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE: By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, Administrator and/or the Sweepstakes judges, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Promotion; (b) release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator and any of their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Promotion, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages caused by any disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye, or any other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an entrant's entry, creation of an entry, submission of an entry, participation in the Promotion, acceptance, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor and Administrator and all Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Promotion and/or entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of prize.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, all entrants and winners, on behalf of themselves, their executors, heirs and assigns, agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with (i) the conduct, promotion or outcome of the Promotion; (ii) the receipt, ownership or use or misuse of any prize; and/or (iii) the preparation for participation in or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity in connection with the Promotion or otherwise. Under no circumstances will Sponsor and/or Administrator or the Released Parties be liable for punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; or (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of an entry. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in the Promotion to be available and/or claimed, Administrator reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded eligible prize claims.
If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the Grand Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after (if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair and equitable. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
PROMOTION RESULTS: For Promotion results/Winner's List, send a request that includes the Sweepstakes name, end date and your email address along with a hand-printed, self addressed, stamped business size envelope, by March 31st, 2025, to: Augeo Marketing, 7047 E. Greenway Pkwy., Suite 310, Scottsdale, AZ 85254 Attention: PERKS Quarterly Sweepstakes.
Residents of VT may omit return postage. Winner's List will either be emailed or mailed back to you. Requests must be received no later than 30 days from the drawing date of each Sweepstakes.
PRIVACY: Your privacy is very important to us. All information you submit is collected by Administrator and will be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Statement ("Statement"). In addition, Administrator may disclose your personal information to third parties in accordance with PERKS Terms and Conditions in order to process sweepstakes claims and comply with any legal requirements. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Promotion or the determination of winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the State or Federal courts located in or for Scottsdale, Arizona; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorney's fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor and/or Administrator in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona.
